2. Description of Services

Happy Santa Holiday Lights provides professional holiday light installation services. Our team of experts will install and maintain beautiful holiday lights at your designated location. Our service is an all inclusive rental service of our equipment.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.  When you use our services, we collect phone numbers and email addresses for internal company communications only. We do not sell or share any client data with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, please note that our services are subject to certain limitations. these may include weather conditions, availability of specific products, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the installation and maintenance of the holiday lights. We will make every effort to communicate and address any issues that may arise.

5. Pricing and Payments 

Pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the consultation process. To secure an installation appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the proposal. The remaining 50% of payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation. Additional charges may apply for customized requests or any changes made to design after the agreement is finalized.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel services, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation date. There are no refunds of installation deposits.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Happy Santa Holiday Lights retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property associated with our business or services . This includes all website content, copywrite and images. This also includes designs, images, or other creative elements provided by us for the installation. You agree not to reproduce, modify or distribute any such materials without our prior consent.

8. Limitations and Liability 

While we take great care in our work, Happy Santa Holiday Lights will not be held liable for any damages , losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

9. Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

 

10. Changes to the Terms

Happy Santa Holliday Lights reserves the rights to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website.
